The parcel

Zoning, setbacks, flood zone and utility access get checked before anything is drawn.

Floor plan and elevations, then drawings sealed by a Nevada-licensed professional engineer wherever the office that permits your parcel requires them.

Pad & permit

Clearing, grading and a compacted pad, while any permit the parcel needs works through review.
